We have been producing several eNewsletters in varied industries: healthcare, financial services — big & small, and medical practices, just to name a few. Other projects have included: supporting SPIA and SIWL product launches, personal positioning for a senior executive, ghost- written articles, and white papers.

Managing your mailing lists is an integral part of your eNewsletter’s long-term success. The effectiveness of your mailings is only as good as the quality of your lists.
A project I have been working on is an eNewsletter for Midtown Dental Services, the first of which went out in early July. Back-end analytics indicated an open rate of over 40% (250 opens), but a high bounce rate (bad email addresses). A high bounce rate can be expected for the first eNewsletter that you send out, but it is important to use this information to hone your list for your next mailing.
I will be using the back-end analytics of the first Midtown Dental eNewsletter to perfect the list for the September issue, which will contain an important announcement. We want this special announcement to reach as much of Midtown Dental’s target market as possible.
